Really like the hold option on Shop&Ship. Super useful when I’m away or just not ready to get a package. Used it twice. Worked fine both times. No drama. Saves me from missed delivery issues

I’ve been using Shop & Ship for a while now, and the communication has been solid. I was a bit unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying and asked around before using it more regularly. So far, I get emails and app notifications when my package is received, processed, and shipped out, which really helps because I’m not left wondering what’s going on. Sometimes the updates come a little later than I’d expect, but they still keep me in the loop. It makes tracking my stuff much easier without having to message support every time.

The package updates were spot on almost every time. I always knew when it moved, and the delivery day ended up being right, so I wasn’t sitting around guessing. Then suddenly, wow, what a relief not having to refresh the tracking page like a maniac.

I’ve been using Shopandship for a while, and the main thing I like is that the origin hub doesn’t keep changing. My packages go to the same address every time, so there’s less confusion when I’m ordering from different sites. I don’t really buy into all the polished company wording about “seamless experiences” and all that, but in this case the basic part works. Tracking is usually okay too. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve found it helpful that ShopandShip lays out the shipping restrictions before you send anything (which saves a lot of second-guessing). It’s nice knowing upfront whether an item is allowed or not. A few pages could still be a bit easier to navigate, but overall it’s been a useful experience.

I ended up getting the membership plan, it’s been worth it so far. It saves me a decent amount on shipping, which was the main reason I tried it. The free addresses in different countries are really handy too. I usually shop from the US and UK, and it’s nice having everything sent to one place without much fuss. Simple to use, and no real headaches yet.

They paid quickly and didn’t tack on any weird extra fees, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare thing, but here we are. Smooth experience overall.

I had a small issue with my shipment update, so I reached out to support. They replied faster than I expected and clearly explained what was happening, which made me feel like I was in good hands. The issue was fixed the same day, with no long wait or unnecessary back and forth. it was a really smooth experience and gave me more confidence in ordering again.

I’ve used this a handful of times now, and so far my packages have always arrived when they said they would. One even showed up while I was making coffee on a Tuesday morning, which was kind of perfect. No problems or surprises so far.

The frustrating part is that some retailers just don’t accept the address they provide. I’ve had a few orders cancelled after payment, which is annoying and wastes time. To be fair, that may not always be entirely Shopandship’s fault, but I do think they should give clearer guidance on which stores commonly reject their addresses.

I liked that the shipping cost was shown clearly before I paid. Like... no random extra fee popped up afterward, which is the main thing I care about. It was easy to compare the options and know exactly what I was spending.

I expected it to take a bit longer, especially since I ordered it during a busy week and wasn’t really in a rush anyway. But it ended up taking less time than I thought, which was a nice surprise

I’ve had shipping places round things in ways that don’t always feel fair, but this time the package weight was measured correctly. No surprise charges or anything like that, which I appreciated.

I really like ShopandShip. It gives me addresses in different countries. That makes it much easier to order from stores that do not ship to me. I have used it a few times now. It has been really helpful so far.

The portal was just really easy to figure out. I logged in expecting it to maybe be a whole thing, but it was simple, quick, and nothing felt confusing. Everything was where I thought it would be, which is always nice.

My package got to my city quickly, which was great, but the last-mile delivery ended up taking about 2 extra days longer than expected. The tracking was decent and I could mostly follow where it was, but I would’ve felt a lot more reassured if the final delivery updates were clearer. The courier did call before coming, and the parcel arrived in good condition. Overall, I’m happy with ShopandShip, I just wish there was a bit more communication near the end so I didn’t have to keep wondering what was happening.

I just set up my Shop & Ship account and, it was easier than I expected. Verification was surprisingly quick too, uploaded my info and got approved without any hassle. So far, I can’t really complain. Hopefully the shipping part goes just as smoothly.

I had to return a package through shopandship and expected it to be a total hassle, but it was literally much smoother than I thought. The return steps were easy to follow, and they kept me updated whenever the shipment moved.
It did take a bit of time, but nothing unreasonable. Support got back to me when I had a question, and the parcel made it back without any issues. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it.
